Joseph Finegan
Elementary is an Internationally Benchmarked Standards Based
Inclusionary School. Our school is committed to developing the
academic, social, and emotional needs of our children. Finegan
Elementary proudly serves the children and families of Atlantic Beach,
Mayport, and Naval Station Mayport. Many of our faculty and staff are
former military members making us especially sensitive to the needs of
military families.

Finegan Elementary is dedicated to serving
the children of the military and North Beaches with a Standards rich,
Inclusionary based environment that prepares children academically and
socially for an International market.
