Curriculum

Courses offered:  Language Arts; Social Studies; Mathematics; Science; Foreign Languages (French, Spanish); Performing Arts (Drama, Chorus, Band); Practical Arts (Business Technology, Computer Technology, Industrial Technology); Physical Education; Health; Family/Consumer Science; Driver’s Education and Air Force ROTC.

 

 

ADVANCED PLACEMENT PROGRAM (AP) and HONORS COURSES

Advanced Placement courses are offered for students who wish to earn college credit while still in high school. Courses are offered in English, Spanish, French, Calculus, American History, European History, Biology, Computers and Psychology. Students enrolled in these classes also gain valuable insight into college level course work demands and learning strategies. Honors courses are also offered to provide an additional challenge to academically talented students. Honors courses provide an enriched and challenging course of study for those students. Honors courses are provided in English, Geometry Algebra II, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, American Government, Economics and World History.
