Teacher of the Year 2009 - 2010
Ms. Joseph has been teaching for 27 years in Duval County and the last 5 years have been at Garden City Elementary, in 4th grade. She has been extended day director for 13 years. Ms. Joseph loves teaching children which is evident when you walk into her classroom. She even tutors on Saturday. We are lucky to have such a dedicated teacher as Ms. Joseph in our school.
