A Message from the Principal

Welcome to the Greenfield Elementary School website.  Please use this site to learn more about our school, its faculty and staff.  Check with us frequently as we try to keep our website current with all of the exciting things happening at Greenfield.

As Greenfield’s principal, my goal is maintain a friendly, academically oriented environment.  Our highly qualified teachers support the state curriculum and work with our parents and community to promote the academic success of our students.  We work together to benefit the academic and social growth of our students.

We are a magnet school for “academic enrichment.”  We strive to enrich the lives of all of our students through differentiated instruction and many special programs for all our students. This year we have added, for the second semester, an enrichment program after school just for magnet students which includes art, music, movement, and book studies.  We will reevaluate at the end of the year to see if this is something we would like to continue.

We provide before and after school care through our Extended Day Program.  A student may attend only before, only after, or both and the charges vary accordingly.  Please call the school for more information.

Greenfield Elementary School is special because of our exceptional teachers, parents and community members who are committed to a strong academic program, safety and parent/community involvement.  The commitment and dedication of our adults keep it special for all of our children.
