The Academic
Enrichment program
at Greenfield is
implemented through
standards-based
instruction.
We also
challenge our
students with
programs such as
Accelerated Reader,
the Sunshine Math
Program, cooperative
learning techniques,
hands-on and real
world experiences.
Our students learn
in multiple ways and
in varied
environments. Click

No One Is Left
Behind
Diagnostic,
evaluative, and
summative individual
student assessments
are given throughout
the year, which
allows our teachers
to identify and meet
the unique needs of
each student. We
have a variety of
Safety Net programs
in place to ensure
that no student is
left behind and that
every student
experiences success.

Guidance —
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is designed to promote
and enhance student learning. It helps
students cope with problems, prevent
problems, and stop problems from escalating.
Students may receive counseling at their own
request or by referral from parents or
teachers.
Small Group Counseling
The Guidance Counselor will work with groups
of four to six students experiencing similar
concerns or problems. Students work
collaboratively to provide support and
encouragement to enhance school success.
Full Service School Program Referrals
The Guidance Counselor works collaboratively
with families and teachers to identify
students in need of behavioral counseling,
health services, or support programs. These
services are available to our students
through the Full Service School Program at
no cost.
Greenfield is fortunate to be part of the
Englewood High School Full Service School
Program.
Through referrals to this program, we are
able to connect our students and families to
valuable resources within the community,
when needed. We also use services such
as behavioral counseling, parent and
grandparent support groups, health
services, and BIGS (Big Brothers and Big
Sisters in Schools).
Contact Mr. Wight at 739-5249 for
