Vision and Mission The Vision of Highlands Elementary School is to provide Rigorous and Relevant educational opportunities that will enable all students to produce excellent results necessary for academic and social achievement at their grade level. We will strive to build positive relationships while encouraging all students to reach their highest potential. The Mission of Highlands Elementary School is to provide a safe and inviting place for students, staff, and community. Our instructional program recognizes that even though our students come to us from a variety of social and cultural backgrounds, with a variety of needs, they all possess a capacity to learn and improve. Our instructional staff will collaborate together and respect one another, while nurturing and providing for the educational, social, and emotional needs of all students. |
