Data Our mission at Justina Road
Elementary is to develop, establish, communicate, and
monitor clear expectations of an accountable, rigorous,
concept-driven program with inquiry-based instruction
utilizing state standards. Justina Road Elementary
School aims to develop the whole child by nurturing the
inquiry process. Our goal is to develop
international-minded, knowledgeable, and caring young
people that possess the ability to "think outside the
box" and understand their role in helping to create a
better world through intercultural understanding and
respect. Our school will ensure that all learning
environments facilitate inquiry-based differentiation
through intentional and explicit concept-driven
instruction. Justina Road Elementary School will also
ensure that comprehensive achievement data will guide in
making systematic decisions that guarantee an exemplary
learning environment which results in high achievement
for all students.
Vision
All who enter Justina Road Elementary School
experience a celebration of global diversity amidst a
community of life-long learner. Students are encouraged
to become active and compassionate leaders in our
community. Our community is comprised of various ethnic,
demographic, and socio-economic differences that foster
tolerance and acceptance through interdependent
relationships. All staff will provide authentic
accommodations for the whole child through collaborative
and collegial planning. Professional learning
communities are cultivated through planning, mentoring,
nurturing, and collaborative decision making. All
