St. Vincent's Health Van
The next scheduled date for the St. Vincent's Health Van will be This Thursday, May 3, 8-12:30 May. This is a great opportunity to get a sports physical, immunizations or a sick call visit at no cost to the student.
Permission forms and sign up sheet are kept in the clinic. The van is usually here from 8am - 12:30pm. Students need to return their forms the day prior to the van's visit. The clinic staff will call the students down the day of the van's visit. They can usually see about 25 students on one given visit.
PLEASE NOTE: All students going into the 7th grade need to have a TDAP immunization. Permission forms are kept in the clinic.
