Mr. Mill's Corner!
The Lola Culver Team Up After School
Program is run by the Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida. Our
mission is to inspire and enable all young people,
especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their
full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. We
help young people achieve positive life outcomes using a
researched-based program that is proven to promote leadership,
character, health, and career development.
The Boys & Girls Clubs have five
program core areas: The Arts, Health and Life Skills, Educational
and Career Development, Sports Fitness and Recreation, and Character
and Leadership Development. Under each core area, there are a
variety of specified programs; I have strategically selected
programs that best cater to the members of Lola Culver’s needs:
Passport to Manhood, Arts & Crafts, Street Smarts, Power Hour, Smart
moves (drugs and alcohol awareness), Smart Girls, Skill Tech, Torch
Club, Fitness Authority, Street Smarts, Games Room (variety), and
Healthy Habits. It is our goal to equip Lola Culver members with the
necessary skills and assets that will help them succeed in life.
