First Grade Supply List
ALL STUDENTS
1. A bookbag or backpack
***Rolling backpacks are not permitted in First Grade.
2. Four plastic folders with pockets and clasps. Please be sure one is RED, one is BLUE one is YELLOW and one is GREEN.
3. One Composition Book (Mead: black and white marbled cover.)
4. A pencil box, 5” by 8”
5. A glue stick or bottle of Elmer’s glue
6. A box of 16 small crayons
7. Scissors
8. Manuscript paper to be kept at home. For example, Mead Learn to Letter 10x8 inches. This will be needed for homework each night. It can be purchased at CVS, Wal-Mart, Target or School Aids.
9. Two spiral notebooks bound on the left side – 70-100 pages, wide ruled (not college ruled)
*Please place your child’s name on all of the supplies. Send in supplies on the first day of school.
Girls Only
- A box of Kleenex
- A four pack of toilet tissue
- Hand sanitizer
Boys Only
- A bottle of antibacterial soap
- A package of paper towels
- Hand sanitizer
Optional for All
We are also asking that you send 2 bottles of hand soap and a ream of printer paper if you can help out with the shortage of school supplies.
