Guidance
Lone Star Elementary has a full-time Guidance Counselor from 7:50 a.m. to 3:10 p.m. Mr. Edward Dutton has been the counselor at Lone Star for over twenty years. Mr. Dutton offers individual counseling, parent counseling as well as group sessions for academic and behavior concerns. He also visits classrooms for issues concerning bullying, peer mediation and test taking strategies.
