Kindergarten Registration
Please bring the following items when registering your child for school:
1. Proof of address (notarized letters are unacceptable).
2. Health exam performed within one year of the first day of school. (ALL kindergarten and out of state)
3. Shot records: students entering, transferring or attending kindergarten are required to have 2 doses of varicella and a second dose of MMR (K-5).
4. Birth certificate
5. Social Security card
6. Report cards for students transferring out of county.
