Dear Parents and Guardians:

Welcome to Lone Star Elementary School. I would like to take this opportunity to say the faculty and staff of Lone Star is very excited to have earned a grade of ‘A’ from the State of Florida for our academic achievements!  We are proud of our dedicated faculty, staff and enthusiastic learners. Our school theme for this year is: “Planting Seeds of Knowledge, Watch Us Grow.”  

As demands and complexities of teaching children continue to increase, it becomes more evident that we must work together to insure our children reach their full potential. We believe it is everyone's responsibility to empower children with creative, decision making skills necessary for them to become academically, socially, physically and emotionally responsible and successful. 

With that in mind, you are invited to become an active participant at Lone Star Elementary. Whether you are a Classroom Volunteer, PTA member, Business Partner  or SAC member, you are encouraged to be involved. 

It is our desire to keep you informed of all school events that will take place at our school. Additional information will be updated and sent to you through student agendas and on our school web page. If you have questions or concerns that need to be addressed, please do not hesitate to give your child's teacher or me a call.  I am very proud to be the Principal of such a wonderful school and look forward to sharing a rewarding relationship with you and your family this school year.
