Kindergarten Information
Kindergarten students must be 5 years old on or before September 1st of the year for which you are enrolling. The school day for kindergarten is regular hours, it is not a modified day.
To register your child for kindergarten, visit our office to fill out our registration packet. When you come you will need to bring:
Your child's birth certificate
Your child's social security card
Your child's completed immunization record (blue form from doctors)
Your child's physical that was performed after August 18th, 2007
Proof of address: JEA bill, Comcast bill, Rental/Lease Info

Tips to Help your Kindergarten Student at Home
Supply List:
1 – backpack WITHOUT wheels
2 – plain plastic two-pocket folders with prongs
2 – plain plastic two-pocket folders without prongs
1 box – 8 “fat” crayons
2 boxes – 8 "skinny" crayons (regular, no glitter, etc.)
4 – primary “fat” pencils with erasers
6 or more – white glue sticks
2 boxes – 200 count facial tissues
1 box – Ziploc gallon bags (boys)
1 box – Ziploc sandwich bags (girls)
1 bottle – waterless hand sanitizer, at least 7 oz. (boys)
1 bottle – antibacterial soap, at least 7 oz. (girls)
1 ream – white copy paper
1 – oversized shirt for Art (Mom or Dad’s old t-shirt is fine)
Please purchase plain-covered materials without designs or logos.
Please DO NOT label individual items with your child’s name (except the Art shirt and backpack – please put their name on these items)
Teachers may also provide their own supply list. Please note these items may need to be replenished throughout the year.
