In addition to certified teachers, and paraprofessionals, Mt. Herman's staff includes the following resource personnel who are at the school fulltime: lead teacher, registered nurses(3), student support coordinator, speech/language pathologist and vision teacher and an autistic site coach. In addition, Mt. Herman is served on an itinerant basis by several occupational therapists, physical therapists, an orientation and mobility instructor, as well as a resource teacher for the hearing impaired.
