Ms.Charlene McEarl has been in DCPS for over ten years and is bringing five years of experience from out of state. Most recently, she has served as the Assistant Principal at Kings Trail Elementary. Though her experience has dealt with mostly elementary education, she has maintained an interest and professional development opportunities within the scope of middle and high school in plans to make the move. Now she is here and couldn't be happier. The Mandarin team has been warm in welcoming her to her new home.

Ms. McEarl has also a teaching degree in elementary education, a MAT in Instructional Leadership (emphasis principalship) and ESOL certification. In addition, she has successfully completed additional graduate level coursework at UNF. Her varied experiences over the last five years have been predominantly focused on educational leadership.
