Getting Your Child Started

FCAT Explorer is a proven resource for getting students ready for the FCAT. Beginning just a few weeks after school starts, your child can start using this resource as an additional tool to prepare for the format and skills mirrored in the FCAT exams.

You can get your student started, contact your child's English, Math or Science teacher, or contact the school's FCAT Explorer administrator, for access and password information, as well as information on how to best use this tool to support your child's efforts.

Parents Able to View Child's FCAT Scores

Beginning this spring, parents will be able to view their child’s FCAT reading and math scores on the Internet following the release of FCAT results. Families will log on to the FCAT Parent Network at https://www.fcatparentnetwork.com/ to receive detailed information on the meaning of the scores and resource information to improve student performance in the future.

The scores should be available by mid to late May.
