Erica Shay is the Assistant Principal of Student Services for the Julington House.  She has been in Duval County for ten years.  She has had experience as a Standards Coach as well as a teacher in several different grade levels.

Erica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education at Ashland University in Ohio.  She also completed work in Business Administration and Public Communications.  Further, she went on to receive her Master’s degree in Organizational Management.  Currently she is a PhD candidate working on her Educational Leadership degree.

Mrs. Shay enjoys decorating and painting, gardening, and reading.  However, most of her time is spent with her husband and running after their twin boys.
