JSMP and Duval County Athletics will be hosting
free sports physicals
this year for all our athletes. You must have a copy of the new physical
form with parent signatures in order to participate. They can be
downloaded from our school web site.
Saturday, August 8
Buses leave at 9:00 a.m.
Pick up is from the football stadium
Arrival time to the school is by
8:45am
Girls
will be going to Wolfson Children’s Hospital and they should return to the
school around
11:30am
Boys
will be going to Nemours and they should return to school around
1:00pm
