The Graduation Initiative program is designed for students who are behind on credits and/or GPA and cannot possibly graduate on time with the class with whom they entered kindergarten.  The program is not a means to graduate early, so students are only eligible to participate in the year they should be graduating.

Students in the program prepare for the FCAT and GED tests and participate in a 15 hrs/wk work program.  Upon completion of the program, students earn a standard Florida diploma, NOT a GED, and participate in the regular graduation ceremony with their class.
