The
First MHS Web Team
This page is dedicated to remember the founding members of the
Mandarin High website. These students thought and planned out the
design and creation of the site. They made the text, added photos, and
created designs using different programs. They even helped to bring
Front Page software to the school. Through the generous sponsorship of
the SAC, they finally made their hard work pay off. On February 12,
2000 the Mandarin High website was first published.

2000
This is the initial design of the Mandarin High Website. The primary
designer was Michael Haefeli. This site include frames, and was very
popular for the time. The side navigation used image rollovers effects
to attract the attention of web surfers.

Kelly Christenson (the web mistress), Brendon Hoffman, James Shouldice,
Eric Hazen, Michael Haefeli, Dane Warner, Jared Fleet, Josh Silverman,
Jaime Rodriguez, and their sponsor Bruce Rathman.
Mandarinhigh.org
2001
This is the previous design of Mandarin High. This was an active
website from 2001 to the beginning of 2002. This design had many
enhancements from the design before it. With the elimination of
a graphical navigation system, the site loaded 20 seconds faster.
This newer design used .css rollovers and also included an internal
search engine. The website included over 500 pages. The
information was gathered by a hard working editorial staff. This
website was re-designed to keep up with the current style of the web.
Mandarinhigh.org
2002 This is the 2nd newest and
2nd finest creation of the Mandarin High School Web Team. You will
find that the information is a lot easier to locate. We have drop down
menus and an easy resource to any featured page on our website.
We have a user-friendly calendar that keeps you updated with all of
the school events. The site's redesign took two students one
month to complete. M.H.S. has a full web team that keeps each
section updated with the latest information and pictures. Also,
the logo that appears on the main page has been graphically enhanced
with a more three dimensional look, while the rest of the site takes
on a two dimensional style. Please come back and visit our site
because we are going to be updating it frequently. Thanks for coming
and we hope you come back soon.

Mandarinhigh.org 2003
Low and behold, the first web design of Mandarin High to actually
incorporate some flash. There has been more talent and more students
on the web team this year than any other year in the past. With over
20 students and the additions of the state's top-prospect for ASP
coding as a high school student, Mike Snow, as well as 7PixelsMedia's
core contractor for flash, a whole new newspaper section, headed up by
our very own Christopher Shon, in addition to our normal site, and the
nation's most renown Pollmaster, Chris Park, this is truly he best
site Mandarin High School has ever seen.
