Principal's MessageWelcome to Martin Luther King, Jr. F.A.M.E. Academy’s website. We are delighted that you are interested in what we have to offer your child. Our school’s theme is “Where Dreamers Become ‘A’chievers.” Our faculty, staff, and community members work hard to ensuring the success of every child that enters our doors! “One hundred years from now it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much I had in the bank account, or what my clothes looked like. But the world would be a better place because I was important in the life of a child.” I love this quote because it is what makes me who I am and who I present myself to be in the school each day. My belief is that every child can learn and my plan ensures that this belief becomes a reality. As principal, my top priority is student achievement. I set high expectations for all students, no matter their backgrounds. When you believe in the students, they too believe in themselves, which in turn gives them the inner motivation to succeed beyond the standards. Children should know that they were put here for a purpose and that their purpose is to achieve things of greatness. I inspire and motivate students to reach that destination.
