School Advisory Council The Mattie V. Rutherford School Advisory Council meets monthly to discuss and make recommendations in regards to the direction of the school, allocation of funds, and to review events occurring at the school. The council meets every second Tuesday at 6:30 PM at the school. We strongly encourage parents and stakeholders to participate.
