Rubistar Rubistar --By clicking a blue button topic at the bottom of the screen, you can find rubrics already created. Fill in the information. In each of the sections of the rubric, you can click on the drop-down areas that state, “Please Choose” for the category. The rubric in that row lists the standards for the points awarded. These may be edited by clicking in the cells and making changes. Click “Submit” and then print or download your rubric. |

If you want to create a word search with pictures or puzzles, you can click on the “Free Word Search Maker.” For creating printable dice with images or text on each side, click “The Dice Maker.” Tools For Educators also has links so that a teacher can make educational board games, crossword puzzles, bingo, and dominos. Tools for Educators provides word bank and matching worksheet generators as well as vocabulary sets. |

Teachnology Teachnology has a great rubric site. Here you can choose a premade rubric by subject area and edit it, or create your own. You should save your rubric to Word or print it after you create it unless you want to pay for a membership that will allow you to store it on this site. You will find that the membership is not necessary to create any kind of rubric you might be able to use. |

WebQuest.Org Web Quests are wonderful teaching tools that incorporate technology in a safe, instructional way. This site at WebQuest.Org provides a model for a teacher to follow in order to create a specialized web quest for a teaching activity. Students are given web sites previewed by the teacher and a task to complete as they use these sites. A rubric is the standard for evaluating this activity. |
