All volunteers must fill out a volunteer applications with Oceanway Elementary and Duval County School Board. Applications are found in the front office at Oceanway. Elementary. Once approved by both parties, you will receive a badge to grant you authorization. For any event that you will be working with children, you will need to have this badge visibly available.

Anyone who is not approved and/or has not filled out an application, they will not be permitted to work with children, including participating in field trips.

These laws are enforced to keep our children safe.
