Note from Pearson about saving your data:

The system timeout for Inform is currently set to 30 minutes. If no activity is detected by Inform for that span of time then the connection is dropped. It can be a little bit challenging with the score entry screen. After Inform displays the matrix into which scores can be entered the 30 minute “timer” starts. Scores that are being entered into the matrix do not reset the 30 minute timer until a Save is selected, which causes the “timer” to reset.
