Purchase a ticket to the 2010 Konica Minolta Gator Bowl on January 1, 2010 at the Jacksonville Municipal Stadium and our school wins!!!!

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:

􀂃 A block of 10,000 tickets to the January 1, 2010 Konica Minolta Gator Bowl has been made available to schools for sale

􀂃 Tickets are available for $20 (regularly priced $50)

􀂃 For each $20 ticket sold, $10 is retained by the participating school

􀂃 Funds raised are unrestricted and available to the school immediately

􀂃 Each organization is responsible for the sale and collection of all monies and distribution of tickets

􀂃 Tickets sold by each participating group ( RV Daniels and Susie Tolbert PTA) will be issued together in an individual block

􀂃 This special offer expires November 13, 2009 (prior to the announcement of the participating teams)

MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO THE RVDANIELS/SUSIE TOLBERT PTA

COMPLETE THE FORM AND RETURN TO THE SCHOOL WITH PAYMENT NO LATER THAN

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 9TH 2009
