PTA,
SAC and Volunteers
Parents, it is not too late to pay PTA dues for the year. Dues are
only $5. Also, there’s lots to do for the remainder of the year for
our PTA. If you have time and talent, please volunteer and assist
our wonderful organization. Also, our annual Spring Carnival is
scheduled for April 23rd. As you know, we need lots of parents on
that day. If you’re available, please volunteer. The PTA is
beginning to identify parents who will be able to assume the roles
of officers on the Executive Board for 2010-2011. If you are

Now is the time to become involved in your child’s
school. There’s something for everyone to do.

About the PTA
We at R.V. Daniels Elementary School have an open door
policy, encouraging parents and volunteers to participate in school programs and
school decision making. Parental
involvement is essential for student success. We believe in a partnership with
parents, students and the school. We expect parental participation. Parents are
expected to attend orientation meetings, discussion groups and to assist in
whatever ways they can to support the programs. We have an active PTA and School
Advisory Council.
