Students may request counselor appointments. Parent-teacher conferences are also set up through the guidance department when more than one teacher is involved in a meeting.

Individual credit evaluations are completed during registration each year prior to the scheduling of classes for the coming year

Seniors have additional individual credit checks in the fall of their senior year and again in January of the senior year. This assures graduation requirements are met.

Transcripts will be sent free of charge to a post secondary institution of the student’s choice or scholarship granting agencies. Transcript requests should be made to the records clerk, located in guidance.

Copies of Report cards can be obtained in the Records Office, located in Guidance.

A curriculum guide describing the courses available to satisfy the needs, abilities, and interests of each student is provided to every student and parent through the guidance department.

Information on Advanced Placement Courses, FCAT, PSAT, and other standardized assessments can be found in the guidance office.
