  • Students may request counselor appointments. Parent-teacher conferences are also set up through the guidance department when more than one teacher is involved in a meeting.
  • Individual credit evaluations are completed during registration each year prior to the scheduling of classes for the coming year
  • Seniors have additional individual credit checks in the fall of their senior year and again in January of the senior year.  This assures graduation requirements are met.
  • Transcripts will be sent free of charge to a post secondary institution of the student’s choice or scholarship granting agencies.  Transcript requests should be made to the records clerk, located in guidance.
  • Copies of Report cards can be obtained in the Records Office, located in Guidance.
  • A curriculum guide describing the courses available to satisfy the needs, abilities, and interests of each student is provided to every student and parent through the guidance department.
  • Information on Advanced Placement Courses, FCAT, PSAT, and other standardized assessments can be found in the guidance office.
