Happy Spring!  The season has arrived with a thrust of energy and vigor!  We are now in full test-preparation mode, as the statewide FCAT testing is at hand.  100% of our 4^th graders took the FCAT Writing test in February; we are proud of the hard work our students and teachers did in preparation, and we are confident we’ll have outstanding results!  FCAT Reading, Math, and Science testing is during the second half of April, and we are deeply entrenched in the work to get ready.  We believe it is a school-wide responsibility to prepare our students, so our faculty, staff, PTA, parents, community members, and even our littlest students are united in supporting our 3^rd, 4^th, and 5^th graders.  As the saying goes, “It takes a village to raise a child,” and our entire San Pablo family is rallying!

As we work on growing “healthy minds,” we continue to focus on our “healthy bodies” as well!  In February we hosted over 80 magnet tours to families interested in enrolling in our “Health & Fitness” magnet!  We would love to have room to welcome them all into the family!  We continue to expand our magnet activities, as we now offer spring tennis after school.  We also continue to expand our partnership with Chartwells, offering an array of healthy snacks for our students to purchase.
