Objectives:

  • Students will engage in educational enrichment activities focusing on math and science
  • Students will participate in programs aimed to increase understanding of the scientific process through hands on learning experiences
  • Students will enjoy group activities designed to improve team work, skills, and physical fitness.

Eligibility:

Camp Einstein is open to students ages 4 (rising kindergarteners)through those entering 6th grade for the

2012-2013 school year.

Exceptions will be reviewed on individual basis.

Fees and Payment Information:

There will be a non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 due at the time of enrollment.  This fee covers all field trip admissions, transportation, and art supplies and is taken off of the total payment for camp.

 

All fees must be paid prior to June 18th.  Installments may be paid starting March 26, 2012 — June 7th, 2012.

$100 deposit due at time of
registration will be applied
toward the 6th week payment.

Student Discipline and Rules:

The same school standards which are enforced during the regular school day will be enforced during the Summer Camp Program.  Children are expected to demonstrate respect towards peers and adults through their actions and words.  Input from parents concerning problems at home that may affect a child's behavior is welcomed.  Conduct warnings for disciplinary reasons will be given as follows:

First Offense:

Conference with student

Sign and return referral

Second Offense:

Conference with student

Time out in office

Sign and return referral

Third Offense:

Conference with student

1 day suspension from program

Sign and return referral

Fourth Offense:

Conference with student

1 week suspension from program

Sign and return referral

Fifth Offense:

Dismissal from Summer Camp Program
