Sheffield Elementary PTA

The Parent / Teacher Association (PTA) is our branch of the National PTA .   We encourage you to join  PTA to add your voice to our efforts on behalf of children . General membership meetings are held monthly and are open to the public.

We owe an enormous thank you to our PTA of the 2007-2008 school year.  They raised enough money to purchase brand new playground equipment for our school.  The equipment was specially designed to meet the needs of each grade level based on what is developmentally appropriate.

Sheffield Elementary SAC

     Information will be coming home soon regarding SAC for the 2011-2012 school year.  If you can help out and become a member, please let us know.

     SAC will meet the second Monday each month and take a look at issues and concerns that will help in the school improvement process.  Our meetings are always in the “Sunshine”, which means they are open for anyone in the school community to attend.  Some of the items they have placed on their agenda are traffic concerns, overhead walkways for the Portables, and school zone postings.

    If there are items that you would like to see addressed by the SAC, please contact the school via email or telephone and give us the information.
