Louis Sheffield Elementary School

PTA will be selling pre-packaged school supply kits for the coming school year. The package includes ALL of the requested supplies for each grade level. This will be a convenient way to the new school year. We will be selling them on the day of orientation (August 20). IF there are any left over, we will be selling them the first day of school. Please come and support your PTA.

The Parent / Teacher Association (PTA) is our branch of the National PTA . We encourage you to join PTA to add your voice to our efforts on behalf of children . General membership meetings are held monthly and are open to the public.

We owe an enormous thank you to our PTA of the 2007-2008 school year. They raised enough money to purchase brand new playground equipment for our school. The equipment was specially designed to meet the needs of each grade level based on what is developmentally appropriate.

Sheffield Elementary SAC

The School Advisory Council (SAC) meets at least 4 times each year. The purpose of this group is to monitor and support the academic improvement of Sheffield Elementary. If you are interested in joining this important group, please contact the office.
