Arrival Standards
8:00 – 8:25 a.m.
· Arrive no earlier than 8 a.m. (unless in Extended Day)
· Eat breakfast before going to your classroom.
· Go to designated classroom area.
· Sit with your back against the wall and read a book or study quietly.
Teaching begins at 8:30 a.m..
Make it a “PAWSITIVE” day at Sheffield Elementary!
Hallway Standards
·Walk quietly on the RIGHT side of the hall.
·Sit with your back against the wall and read a book or study quietly.
·Walk on the second square from the wall.
·Keep hands and feet under control.
·Keep our halls clean!
Cafeteria Standards
· Use a RESTAURANT voice and manners at all times.
· Follow directions the First time they are given.
· WALK safely.
· Remain seated and raise your hand for help.
·Clean up after yourself.
Car Rider Standards
·Older students are to sit with the younger siblings and are to meet at car rider area.
·Students are not to stand under the main covered walkway (except on rainy days).
·Students are to stay on the sidewalk and keep off the grass. Do not touch trees.
·Students are to walk at all times.
·Students should sit at their grade level until their name is called.
·Students are not to return to class for left supplies or a restroom break.
·No candy or drinks.
