Assistant Principal Page 

My name is Kathy Herlihy and I am happy to be the new Assistant Principal at Sabal Palm Elementary. 

My background is in Exceptional Student Education and Elementary Education. I have spent many years as a classroom teacher in varied educational settings with students from ages three to twenty-one. Additionally, I have been a School Instructional Coach and an Assistant Principal before arriving at Sabal Palm Elementary.

The theme this year is “ Building the Bridge to Higher Learning.”   I am excited about this theme as we engage students in higher order thinking skills. This is essential in preparing our students to be successful on the FCAT 2.0.

I look forward to an exciting school year as we work together to “Build the Bridge to Higher Learning!”
