School Scheduling Changes

Frequently Asked Questions

Question: How are the credits required for a student’s high school graduation going to change?

Answer: Although the required number of credits for high school graduation was reduced from 26 to 24, the only credits no longer required are the mandatory ninth-grade Keystone Course and one elective.

Question: Does Duval County have lower graduation requirements than other Florida school districts?
