The Office of School Improvement (OSI) provides schools technical assistance and support to increase student achievement and optimize continuous improvement. The OSI serves all schools with a special emphasis on those categorized by the Differentiated Accountability (DA) Model and identified as low-performing (i.e., Priority, Focus, School Improvement Grant, Turnaround, etc.)

The OSI consists of data analysts, reporting specialists and school improvement specialists. Data Analysts look at data to determine trends and weaknesses so advice can be given to educators on how to improve instruction. Reporting Specialists prepare reports for district, state, and federal agencies. School Improvement Specialists ensure district, state, and federal guidelines are being met.
