this form to print certificates for all students who participate
in Invention Convention at your schools. Since it is a Word
document, you will easily be able to add students' names and the
school name. Feel free to change or eliminate the border if you are
using certificate paper. We regret that we will no longer be able
to supply certificates from the district office.

with original signatures must be received by 4:30 p.m., Thursday, April
