To supply the Duval County Public School system with a cost
effective way of producing their printing needs.
Services:
Bulls Bay printing operates as an “In-service Fund” which means it
must generate revenue equal to or greater than its operating
expenses. The printing department provides printing services to the
schools and administrative departments. Each year this department
provides over 70,000,000 black and white and color copies. This
includes but is not limited to; carbonless forms used throughout the
district, newsletters, business cards, classroom materials, tests,
letterheads, envelopes, brochures, report cards and the districts
W-2 statements. Classroom materials are returned within 24 to 48
hours after being received by the Print Shop.
