Consolidated Services Department (CSD)

Records & Information Management

Mission: To develop, implement, and maintain a program of records management that will ensure district-wide compliance with state laws and regulations, while doing so in an effective and cost-efficient manner.

Services: Responsible for the handling of district records as well as student records. Whether they are to be retained (stored) or destroyed, the guidelines of the state’s General Retention Schedules are followed. The office images (scan) student and certain other records into an electronic records management system.
