Steering Committee
A group
of individuals, including Principals, teachers,
administrative staff and senior-level executives, have
formed our initial Steering Committee. Three members of
the Steering Committee will serve as its leadership
team. The Steering Committee and its Leadership Team
will serve for an interim period of time. The interim
Committee has met three times to discuss the structure
of the Steering Committee and full Council. The core
list of priorities identified by the full Council at its
March meeting is the foundation upon which the Steering
Committee will move the District forward with specific
actions.
Expectations of Members:

Attend meetings and participate

Start and end meetings on time

Serve for a limited period of
time (1-3 years)

Participate in training and skill
building offered

Make a commitment to the process
and success of the undertaking
- Work with individual peer groups to
integrate feedback with Steering Committee
