If the issue can’t be solved at your school, you will want to get help
from the district technology department. Here’s how:
Open your Internet Browser
In
the address box on the top of your screen, type the following:
Helpdesk
Press Enter
HSS
will automatically login with your current network login
Click New Issue
Fill out the necessary information and select Submit
Note the Ticket Number
It
would be helpful for you to place a note on the laptop that is
having the issue with the ticket number – this creates a good
cross-reference for the technician
