The Duval County Public Schools Learning Village is an online virtual community for instructional material development and collaboration created with educator's needs in mind.
The Learning Village features-
- An instructional organizer with tools that allows users to search for and create instructional materials (lesson plans, unit plans, activities, strategies, and resources) and assessments which correlate to state and local standards.
- A district database that allows users to search for district common lessons and best practices.
- A connected learning community where users may collaborate and share with other DCPS Learning Village members.
- Anytime, Anywhere, Anyplace access with Internet connectivity.
Users requesting access to this rich resource and teacher tool, will be required to read and sign the Learning Village Acceptable Use Policy and participate in training.
In addition to the Learning Village our county has access to Destination Reading and Destination Math. These online resources are for whole classroom instruction for Duval County teachers.
