parents, students, teachers, principals, staff
and citizens of Duval County:
For the past several months, we have been working with a task force of the Alliance for World Class Education to develop a long-range Strategic Plan which will guide and govern the board and district actions for the next four years. This effort has resulted in a draft of the strategic plan referenced above. We appreciate the input we received from our online strategic plan survey, which is now closed. If you have any more feedback, please attend our public hearing at the May 6, 2008
School Board meeting.
Below please find a copy of a joint letter from the Superintendent and the Chairman of the Board for the Alliance for World Class Education, and a draft of the Strategic Plan.
