EZ Stub
– Electronic Pay Stubs
Electronic pay stubs are now
available for all employees. In an effort to reduce the
printing cost associated with paper checks and to
increase efficiencies, DCPS converted to a paperless pay
stub system. Employees can now access their electronic
pay stubs online at
www.ezstub.com/dcps. There are three ways to receive
assistance with the EZStub system: you can call the
helpline at 904.390.2300, you can call your payroll
technician at 904.390.2022 or you can email
dcpsezstub@dreamsbeginhere.org.

with about the Jo-Ann Teacher Rewards Program. To reward
the hard work and dedication of teachers, Jo-Ann Stores
is pleased to offer the 2007-2008 Teacher Rewards

while allowing them to express their creativity and

2. School
Administrators:
Enroll Your School in the
DIRECTV4SchoolsTM Program To start earning money with
DIRECTV4Schools, the school principal must first fill
out the web form below. During the process, he/she can
assign a delegate to receive program-related information
and be the point of contact for your school.
After completing the web form
below, an e-mail confirmation will direct you to return
to this page and download an IRS W-9 Form and Principal
Verification. Once your school information has been
received and processed, the principal (or his/her
delegate) will receive a unique school code via e-mail.
If your school participated
in DIRECTV4Schools during the 2006-2007 program period,
you will need to re-enroll by completing steps above.
Once enrolled, your school code from last year will be
reactivated.
By registering online,
teachers will receive 15% off each total purchase (some
exclusions apply) all year long and will be added to our
Preferred Customer mail list for additional special
savings.
