Employee Assistance Program

Corporate Care Works (CCW) offers Work-Life Benefits and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to all DCPS employees. These programs are available to DCPS employees and members of their family, 24 hours a day. You can talk to qualified professionals who can help you or refer you to the right resource. The best part is that it’s completely confidential.  Your boss, supervisor and co-workers will never know you called, so whatever the problem you face, it’s one you can overcome in privacy.
