Friends of the
Jacksonville Public Library Fiction Book Sale
On Saturday, December 8 from
9 a.m. to 3 p.m., & Sunday, December 9 from noon to 4
p.m., the Friends of the Jacksonville Public Library
will sell tens of thousands of fiction and mass marketed
paperback (pocketbooks) books. The Saturday sale is an
FJPL member benefit, reserved for members and their
guests only. (Not a member – no problem- join up at the
door.) Sunday’s sale will be open to all.
You can get great deals on
books for yourself or others. How does a “buck an inch”
sound? Load up your bag, cart, wagon, or box. Stack
‘em up at the cashier, measure the height, and pay just
$1.00 an inch. (Rounded up or down to the nearest
inch.) Pocketbooks are just $.50 an inch. Make it a
Merry Reading Christmas for all.
The books are all in fine
condition, many like new, that would sell new for $20 to
$30 dollars each! At the sale, a “buck an inch”!!
Cash, check or credit card!
15 inches = $15 dollars
