Financial planners are available to assist in mapping out a strategy for managing cash flow and getting your debt under control, as well as address a whole range of other financial issues, such as education funding, insurance and retirement planning.

Financial planners can be reached Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at 1.866.446.9377 (TRS 711).

DCPS ARRA Funding

As of last month, DCPS has received $91.1 million in ARRA funding. Many have asked how these dollars have been used by the district: we have preserved supplemental funding for art, music, physical education, media, guidance and academic coaching school-based positions; provided intensive summer academies for low achieving students; purchased specialized equipment, instructional and assessment materials to address the needs of students with disabilities; and purchased mobile laptop carts with wireless access points to target schools and professional development school-based technology support staff.

Visit the district’s ARRA webpage at www.duvalschools.org to learn more about these and other grants responsible for ARRA dollars awarded to Duval.
