2009 Summer Work Schedules
The 2009 Summer Work schedules were recently released by the Human Resources Office. Maintenance and
JSA employees who work in the craft areas, Code Enforcement/Safety, Food Services and Custodial employees will keep their
regular five-day work week schedule this summer.
All other District offices and staff will operate on a four-day work week beginning Monday, June 15 - Thursday,
August 6. Schools that do not have a five-day program will also work this schedule unless approval is given for an alternative
schedule. Schools that have five-day programs will revert to a four-day schedule when their programs are not in session.
Exceptions are allowed for departments that provide support to schools on a five-day schedule, but they must
be approved by the proper Division Head.

manager to process all pharmacy claims. In the next few weeks, you should receive a welcome kit which will include your
member ID card from MHS. This new card will serve as your prescription drug card and will provide pharmacists with the
information they will need to begin processing your prescriptions through MHS. It is important that you present your new
Medco Rx ID card at the pharmacy starting July 1, 2009 as your BCBS ID card should no longer be used for Rx benefits.
