45th Annual Bob Hayes Invitational Track and Field Meet
Raines High School will host the 45th Annual Bob Hayes Invitational Track and Field meet this
weekend, Friday, March 20, and Saturday, March 21. The meet will kick-off on Friday at 2 p.m., with a middle school track meet. All are welcome to attend. For more information, visit

2009 Jax Parks Get Out There! Festival
Next weekend, March 27-29, 2009, Jax Parks will host its 4th Annual Get Out There! This is a weekend filled with free, family friendly events revolving around health, fitness, environmental protection and FUN.

2nd Biannual Jacksonville Green Expo
Global GreenUp, LLC will host the 2nd Biannual Jacksonville Green Expo on Saturday, April 25, and Sunday, April 26, at the Prime Osborn Convention Center, 1000 Water St. The exhibition will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.
Jacksonville Green Expo educates individuals, communities, businesses and policy makers in an effort to promote sustainable living through efficient, renewable energy, and the conservation of water and land resources.
A Green Awards Breakfast will be held Saturday, April 25, from 8 to 9:30 a.m., to honor the winning "green" nominees in the non-profit, business and individual categories.
Global GreenUp is looking for teachers and student volunteers. All interested volunteers can sign up at
