Mandarin Oaks Elementary

The Duval County School District’s first annual Chinese Festival was held at Mandarin Oaks Elementary, celebrating the Chinese culture and creating awareness within the community. District administrators support preparing the students for post-secondary education or the world of work by helping to arrange a number of activities in which students become more familiar with the world around them. Students enjoyed a day of interactive learning and showcasing their talents.
